Recently, at the "2025 Green Lifestyle Brand Awards" hosted by the China Green Environmental Protection Association, Destiny Tao stood out from more than 500 participating brands and won the title of "Sustainable Feng Shui Brand Benchmark" for its outstanding performance in sustainable development and ethical craftsmanship, becoming the only Feng Shui category brand to win this honor at the awards ceremony.
The selection criteria for this award cover four dimensions: material sourcing, production process, packaging design, and product lifecycle management. Destiny Tao performed brilliantly in each dimension: In terms of materials, the brand adheres to 100% ethical sourcing - Feng Shui crystals are from fair trade certified mines to ensure miners receive reasonable incomes and the local ecology is not damaged during mining; metal materials prioritize recycled silver and copper, which can reduce about 5 tons of primary metal mining each year; In production, it implements a "small-batch precise production" model, flexibly adjusting production plans according to order demand to avoid resource waste caused by overproduction. In 2024, the brand's inventory turnover rate increased by 30%, reducing the waste of about 2 tons of unsold products; In packaging, it fully uses degradable materials, such as express bags made of corn starch and product boxes made of recycled paper, with no plastic fillings in the boxes, instead using reusable cotton and linen bags, which can reduce about 3 tons of plastic pollution each year.
To further practice the concept of sustainability, Destiny Tao also announced that it will soon launch the "Old Item Renewal" program: Consumers can send back unused Destiny Tao Feng Shui jewelry (such as old silver chains and worn crystal pendants) to the brand, which will be repaired and transformed by professional artisans - for example, re-polishing old silver chains and matching them with new pendants, or inlaying worn crystals into brooches; The transformed products can be retrieved or donated to public welfare organizations to help more people experience Feng Shui culture.
