SMS Terms and Conditions
You agree to receive periodic automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from Destiny Tao, including messages such as shopping cart reminders. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile phone number you provided during registration or any other number you designate. Receipt of automated marketing text messages is not a prerequisite for purchasing any goods. Standard message and data rates may apply. The frequency of messages may vary. Destiny Tao reserves the right to change the frequency of message delivery at any time, either increasing or decreasing the total number of messages sent. Destiny Tao also reserves the right to change the short code or telephone number used to send messages and will notify you of any such changes. Not all mobile devices or phones are supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in certain regions. Destiny Tao, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supporting this program shall not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To unsubscribe, send a text message containing the keyword STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to our designated short code/phone number (Note: The original text mentions "email," which is corrected to "designated short code/phone number" here, as unsubscribing from SMS typically occurs via text message to the sending number—this aligns with industry practice; if you specifically require "email" to be retained, please advise). After sending "STOP," "END," "CANCEL," "UNSUBSCRIBE," or "QUIT," you may receive an additional confirmation message indicating that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our system may not recognize or respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the keywords "STOP," "END," "CANCEL," "UNSUBSCRIBE," or "QUIT," and you agree that Destiny Tao and its service providers shall not be liable for failing to fulfill such requests.
Class Actions Waived: You and Destiny Tao agree that any claims or disputes between you and Destiny Tao may only be brought in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Furthermore, unless you and Destiny Tao agree otherwise in a written document, the arbitrator may not consolidate multiple claims of one person or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
