Shipping Instructions
- Delivery Scope：Destiny Tao uses Chinese international courier services, supporting the delivery of Feng Shui items to most countries and regions worldwide (accessibility to some remote areas needs additional confirmation). You can contact customer service to check if the specific destination is serviceable before placing an order.
- Delivery Time：Under normal circumstances, the international courier time is 7-15 working days (excluding customs clearance time). The actual delivery time is affected by factors such as the destination country, logistics peak seasons, and customs clearance progress. Please refer to the courier tracking number for the real-time delivery status.
- Packaging Guarantee：All Feng Shui items (such as crystal decorations, brooch sets, etc.) are packaged with double layers of shockproof foam and hard cartons to reduce collision damage during transportation and ensure the goods are delivered intact.
- Logistics Tracking：After the goods are shipped, we will send the international courier tracking number to the email/SMS reserved in the order. You can track the real-time logistics progress through the official website of the Chinese international courier or cooperative inquiry platforms.
- Notes：International courier may incur customs duties or clearance fees, which shall be borne by the recipient (the specific fee standard is subject to the customs regulations of the destination country); if delivery fails due to incorrect recipient information or unclear address, the recipient shall bear the cost of re-delivery.
